Venus-Saturn: The Ugly Duckling Syndrome: The Swan Thing

Question: I read somewhere that people with Venus/Saturn aspects in the natal chart are typically plain as children but grow into a more attractive appearance. Is this true?  Wouldn’t it make sense that Venus/Saturn aspects would create an ugly duckling…
